Hi! My name is Nik Markovich and yes I am a millennial, so might be young, but don’t let that get in the way of your perception of who I am when comes to real estate and knowledge of the business. I love what I do and love helping educate buyers and sellers in the whole real estate process. When working with sellers, my main goals are to market and sell their properties using top notch marketing strategies and marketing tools, being ethical, persuasive skills and a strong Kw Bluegrass support system and team in order to get top dollar for the seller in the shortest time possible.
I am dedicated to my clients & my community. Of each transaction I donate a portion of our commissions to something, such as a school, charity, or business here in Lexington. Everything I do for you and my expertise, when buying, doesn’t cost you a dime when purchasing a home. What is important and what you have a passion for is very important to me.
