Niki Biggs

Niki is a native of the Hereford area of Baltimore County where she grew up with her mom, Dad, and older brother, Richie. They originally lived in Parkton, MD where they raised pigs, a horse, bunnies, many cats and dogs, and anything else that landed on their doorstep. At the age of 10, Niki and her family moved to the west side of the Hereford area, near the Hampstead border where they lived until Niki graduated from Hereford High School in 1994.

While attending Towson University, Niki resided in Towson. This is where she met her husband, Brad. She remained in the Towson/Lutherville area while working in that area and commuting to Annapolis in the years following. In 2005, Niki and her husband, Brad, moved to Harford County. From their first home in Belcamp to their forever home in Bel Air, Niki, Brad, and their two daughters, Layla & Nina, are an established part of the community in which they live and serve.

Niki began working in the service industry at 15 years old as a host in a restaurant in what used to be the Hunt Valley Mall. She has always had a passion for helping people, often volunteering at her grandmother’s nursing home in her spare time. Receiving a bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a concentration in Gerontology from Towson, Niki began her career working in an assisted living home. After that, she began working at a local non-profit organization that assisted individuals with developmental disabilities to live their best lives. She wore many hats over the years – including direct field staff, Program Director of different regions throughout Maryland, and Director of the state-wide program serving adults with developmental disabilities. During Covid-19, Niki lost her job of 20 years and decided that it was the perfect opportunity to propel her real estate career. Real estate is an interest that she always had for she loves home, and she loves people.

Niki loves working with people to help meet their needs. She is patient, positive, and an excellent communicator. She listens well. She is friendly, professional, and always ready to serve with a smile on her face. Niki is excited to work with you and committed to helping you reach your real estate goals. Niki enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and exploring new places, gardening, music, singing, and leading her daughters’ Girl Scout troop. She also loves spending time with her fur babies, one cat and two bunnies.
