About Niki

Niki Fairbanks was born in Germany and spent her childhood in Wisconsin. Although she has lived in Minnesota since 2002, she remains a die-hard Packer fan, which makes for an exciting football season. In her free time, Niki enjoys watching football in the winter and golfing in the summer with her two children, whom she loves more than anything in the world.

We used Niki to sell a house occupied by tenants. Niki want above and beyond in all aspects of a transaction that ended up being more complicated than we had all planned!
