5/24/15---Mike Whittenberger-- Nikki was the perfect match for both buying and selling our home. We were impressed with the amount of research she had done prior to meeting with us to discuss selling our house. She knew everything about our area and how local home listings were performing on the market. Her strategies for  small improvements to the home and staging ideas really paid off in the long run. When it was time to buy a new home, she gave 110%! Nikki was always available to view listings with us and once we found the home we wanted, her negotiating skills were outstanding. We probably renegotiated with the seller at least 3 times before both parties agreed to the terms of the sale. Thanks to her efforts, we bought the house we always wanted and on our terms. 5/17/12—Debbie Kindle-- Nikki listed our home on Repp Road in West Salem. She kept us informed of any activity and advertised our home in as many places as she could. 8/8/14--Jessica and Sam Billiter-- Just wanted to write this for anyone who is considering using Nikki Fanizzi / RE/MAX Realty. My husband, I & our 3 children have been house hunting for a few months. We are first time home buyers, so this was VERY scary and VERY exciting at the same time. We were assigned to Nikki thru Quicken  Loans who is our lender. Let me tell you ..... She was amazing the entire couple months.. Every house that we wanted to get into she immediately got us in to them, and once we at each viewing she gave cons and pros to each property, what she thought would work for us and what she thought wouldn't. She got to know our likes and dislikes. She was professional and HONEST thru the whole thing, honesty is very important, and let me tell you... there was this one house we were so sure of.... and she saved us from making a VERY big mistake.... and because of her honesty and hard work and investigating each property we found ourself the PERFECT house!! 1/18/16---Heather Lamothe-- First, let me start by saying she sold our house in 16 days! Besides her professionalism and attention to detail, she also was truly our advocate, which a realtor is supposed to be, but many don't live up to. We had some uncommon hiccups which could've ruined us, quite honestly, but she fought for our ever-changing circumstances and even stepped in, giving us advice with the home we had purchased before contacting her to sell our current home. She could've easily not said anything since she wasn't getting a commission for the new home, but she did because of her high ethical standards and her compassion for people. Nikki is a well-seasoned businesswoman and it showed. She is great at communicating and excels at simplifying the maddening process of buying and/or selling. If you want to alleviate some of your stress, have Nikki by your side and KNOW that she will do her best to fight for your interests; moving mountains of she has to. 2/13/16—Brandon Harned-- Nikki was very well versed in the process of purchasing a home. This was my first time so it helped a lot. She was very timely in getting paperwork for my bank and even leaned on them when they drug their feet. I can not comment on her negotiation skills because that did not apply to my situation.  I do want to mention that my wife is a penny pincher and is VERY disinterested in the typical sales pitch. When we first met Nikki my wife was put off because she thought Nikki was giving her the pitch. I explained the context and how Nikki was trying to help, not be pushy (for example my wife made the comment, with respect to their being no pantry I believe, and Nikki corrected in a helpful way and showed her the pantry). But Nikki picked up on my wife's cues and changed her flow to match my wife's, in a genuine way. Ultimately, the point being, that Nikki is intuitive and knows how to interact with different personality types. Which in turn leads to a more pleasant home buying/selling experience.

12/9/13—Elizabeth Bergen-- I cannot say enough good things about Nikki. We met her back in 2009 when we were still on the west coast, and I just really loved how attentive she was to us in spite of our distance. She was really easy to click with because all our written communication was so clear and easy to understand  without clarification. This was really important to me given the time difference, which made phone calls pretty difficult. I knew we had found our agent, and when we revisited a home purchase earlier this year, she was our first and only call.She was great about sitting down with us on our first meeting to discuss what exactly we were looking for, and was AWESOME about getting us to all the homes we found interest in; many of which were occupied. I was amazed at how quickly she was able to arrange these viewings for us.Not only that, but she was also really good about explaining the process (this was our first home purchase), getting us to a trusted lender, maneuvering us to an appointment with a home inspector, and all the little things that make the process SO much easier.At the same time, Nikki was also extremely knowledgeable about things to watch out for. I love that she didn't just try and sell us whatever house was the most expensive or earliest on our list. She really was brutally honest in noticing potential problems with certain houses, and probably saved us a lot of headache because of her expertise in noticing these things. Not only that, she's just a hoot to deal with. Great sense of humor and really really gets things done. Heck, we were able to literally do our entire offer & loan application & home inspection process in a week's time and then go on our vacation without any worries. She arranged the things we needed to be around for right away, and then took care of things like the appraisal while we were gone. Never at any point did she (or any of the people she connected us with) need to contact us. We came back in time for closing, and the process was on time and easy as could be. I give her a TON of credit for how delightful the home purchase was. She was absolutely top notch in terms of making sure everything went along smoothly. We would use her again in a heartbeat if the need ever should arise!
