These ladies have truly gone above and beyond the call of service. We monopolized a week of their time when we flew down to look at houses and we didn’t even know exactly what we were looking for! Tara Masters was very professional, helpful and accommodating. She answered any and all of our questions that she could, in a timely manner. We moved to Florida from Wisconsin, which is an hour behind, and Tara made sure that she was available any time of the day to help us. She went to an open house and walked us through the house, virtually, which was very much appreciated because it gave us a better reference than just pictures online. We ended up putting in an offer on that house. During the conversation about the offer, Tara gave us pointers and helped us make a great offer that the home owners couldn't refuse, and out of 20 bids in one day, WE GOT THE HOUSE! I recently sold my home and used Nikki and team as my Real Estate Agent. I was beyond pleased with the level of service, knowledge of the market, and guidance throughout the process. They went above and beyond and when my cleaning lady had to cancel on my move out clean due to illness they jumped in and helped coordinate a replacement. When we decided to start actively looking for a home in Florida, I joined a Florida facebook group and asked about some different locations. Nikki responded to my post and private messaged me with some great information. We connected from the beginning and I knew that I had found an amazing realtor. She called me the next day, asked me some more detailed info and was available anytime I reached out to her.
When we were ready to come down and check out the area, Nikki recommended hotels, restaurants, shopping and everything that she knew was important for us when choosing a new place to call home.

When we arrived in Florida, Nikki, Tara, and Jenna had the whole day planned for what homes we would be going to. My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Nikki, Tara, and Jenna from Costal Home Group. Nikki was recommended to us from our realtor in South Florida. We are relocating to St. John's and quickly learned that they had a wealth of knowledge about the area and the real estate market. We met the three of them in a coffee shop and we immediately felt like we were friends.

Over the weekend, Tara really took charge and showed us several properties to buy including some amazing new builds. My wife and I decided it would be best to rent short term and get up there and see where we want to buy. Tara quickly shifted gears and recommended several rentals in great areas for us.

We found one we loved, and Tara went above and beyond to work with the realtor renting the property, and we were able to secure it. Since then, she has been checking in on us to make sure everything is going smoothly with our move.

We worked with Rosanne when we were preparing to move down from NJ and, as first time buyers, were looking for a new home in Jacksonville.

From the outset we had a strong feeling that Rosanne was the person who would get us through that as smoothly as possible. And boy were we right!!!

The first set of listings Rosanne sent us showed that she had fully understood our wishes and we worked closely together to narrow it down to a list of places we wanted to come visit.

Upon arriving for our home hunting trip we would never have thought that we would be leaving 3 days later with a successful bid on a home we absolutely totally loved - a home that, by the way, wasn’t even on our personal shortlist based on the pictures we had seen but Rosanne wanted us to see in person as she thought it matched our criteria very well.
