We started looking at acreages over 3 years ago with Nikki. In that time we put in 3 offers and got the 3rd one which was completely unplanned. She helped us get our house ready for market in under a week. Listed on a Thursday and sold on a Monday. Selling our home was very smooth. Buying our dream property was a bit rockier. Without Nikki and her team it would have been almost unbearable. The property had a fire, the listing agent misspoke on key factors of the house, and she helped us switch lenders to get a better deal. Nikki helped us navigate very tricky scenarios and helped us get the best deal imaginable. She is professional, knowledgeable, always puts her clients first, and always acts in your best interest! I’d recommend her to anyone!

Where do I even begin on how amazing Nikki is !

I had a 5/5 star experience with Nikki! She was referred to me. I had reached out to a couple other agents about wanting to sell my house and I didn’t get a reply. Nikki called me immediately. She loves what she does and you can tell. We sold my Eagan townhome with multiple offers for top dollar! She will do a very thorough look at your property and then research the closest comps to give you a very fair selling price range. Honestly, don’t hesitate to go for the top end of what she suggests. You’ll probably get it or come close to it. Her photographer is really good and detailed and will make your place look great. She also has a mortgage guy she works well with that she can connect you with. I worked with him and everything went as planned. Thanks Nikki!!

I am a first time homebuyer and Nikki did an amazing job, I couldn’t have gotten my house without her!

She was very responsive to text messages, questions and requests that I had. She would always pick up the phone, no matter what time I was trying to call. I appreciated this very much because I work a full time job that does not have much flexibility so it was nice to be able to schedule showings and then discuss things with her after normal business hours.

Nikki was also able to advise me on some very smart moves while composing the offer for my house. For example, she suggested I include an appraisal gap guarantee for a certain amount that would make my offer more attractive to the sellers and protect me if the property didn’t appraise for the asking price (we were unsure if it would appraise for the asking price!). She also knew what to look for in a home that could make a person decide to include an inspection or waive it. My house had multiple offers and with all of Nikki’s suggestions the sellers chose my offer!

Another very impressive quality of Nikki is that I never felt any pressure to buy something that didn’t feel right. She showed me several houses and one of them I passed on “just because”. She was very understanding and truly cared that I end up with a home that I loved!

My overall impression of Nikki is that she is very caring and kind. And that she is someone you really want in your corner! She knows the ins and outs of the business and will get you your dream house!
