Nikki Wever

I have been a licensed REALTOR® in PA since 2005, and MD since 2018, and am the full time Marketing Coordinator for the Jodi Reineberg Monti Joines Donna Troupe Team. My passion lies in strengthening communities and empowering people to advance their life goals by making smart Real Estate decisions.

As a lifetime resident of Harford County, MD and York County, PA, I am a capable guide throughout our market area of all that it has to offer. I love living in Southern York County, and enjoy reading, creating art, gardening, and exploring the outdoors with my family. I am a huge supporter of local businesses, volunteer in my community with Junior Achievement, York County Food Bank, and have served as a member of RAYAC Hands on Helpers Committee since 2018.

I am also an advocate of lifelong learning, and prioritize continuing my education. I have earned the NAR Green designation, focusing on resource efficiency in existing homes, new construction and communities, and the e-PRO® Certification, encompassing advanced Real Estate technology, digital marketing and data security. Both are benchmarks of excellence awarded by the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®, to those who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria. I earned my Bachelor of Science at York College, and my Master of Science from St. Joseph University.
