Previous experiences with realtors made me hesitant at first when I started looking for our second home, but that all changed after working with Niko. He has been beyond amazing with not only helping us look for our new home, but also with selling our old home. He is so down to earth and easy to talk to. Niko tremendously helped make this stressful process of buying a home as easy as possible. From the moment you first talk to him about what you're looking for, all the way to the closing table, he is always looking out for your best interest. He patiently worked with us for as long as it took to find the best house for us. He is always active and extremely knowledgeable about not only the home buying process but the homes themselves. He will tell you the good and the bad of each house, never trying to push for a sale. Should of done this a while ago but have been super busy with the new house and work. I wanted to take the time to just say Niko is by far the best realtor I have ever interacted with. The fact that he has been there 24/7 every step of the way through my house buying process along with even after everything was finalized to answer any question and help in any way. I really felt like I ended up making a friend after it was all said and done from the way he treated us as if we were family. He is one of the most knowledgeable people especially when it comes to houses. He took the time to teach me the in depth terms to even as simple as explaining appraisal gaps. Made himself available every time I wanted to see a house or just had a question even if it was something not under his umbrella. It was the best experience I’ve had with customer service in any situation. One of the first houses we looked at had a small crawl space and it was very dirty to get up inside of it and look in but since I mentioned I was curious about it he took the time (in dress clothes) to climb inside to see what it was. Another location we looked at had a pet bird outside loose and he took the time to go from house to house to check to see if it was theirs. The reason I took the time to write this even with a busy schedule is because Niko is not only a great realtor but even a better person in general. If you have the chance to have him help you with the home buying process I know you won’t regret it. Thank you again Niko!

Where do I begin?! We were first time home-buyers and Niko made us feel comfortable the entire journey. He never pushed us to see anything we didn’t want to see or move above our budget. Niko went above and beyond to assist me through my first home buying process. He worked directly with my initial lender to help ease the process. I ended up switching lenders before closing and that caused a lot of rush paperwork for all involved, but Niko was understanding and made sure everything was finished in time for my closing!
