Should of done this a while ago but have been super busy with the new house and work. I wanted to take the time to just say Niko is by far the best realtor I have ever interacted with. The fact that he has been there 24/7 every step of the way through my house buying process along with even after everything was finalized to answer any question and help in any way. I really felt like I ended up making a friend after it was all said and done from the way he treated us as if we were family. He is one of the most knowledgeable people especially when it comes to houses. He took the time to teach me the in depth terms to even as simple as explaining appraisal gaps. Made himself available every time I wanted to see a house or just had a question even if it was something not under his umbrella. It was the best experience I’ve had with customer service in any situation. One of the first houses we looked at had a small crawl space and it was very dirty to get up inside of it and look in but since I mentioned I was curious about it he took the time (in dress clothes) to climb inside to see what it was. Another location we looked at had a pet bird outside loose and he took the time to go from house to house to check to see if it was theirs. The reason I took the time to write this even with a busy schedule is because Niko is not only a great realtor but even a better person in general. Niko went above and beyond to assist me through my first home buying process. He worked directly with my initial lender to help ease the process. I ended up switching lenders before closing and that caused a lot of rush paperwork for all involved, but Niko was understanding and made sure everything was finished in time for my closing!
