The process of selling your home and finding a new home can be an overwhelming experience. I had lived for 26 years in my current home, but I knew it was time to begin a new chapter in my life. Yet I couldn't bring myself to begin the daunting process of getting my home ready to sell. Without Nima's support and encouragement, I wouldn't have been able to go through with it. Nima and Analy were fantastic!! My property went online late on a Friday night. There was an open house held the next day, Saturday (in my experience, realtors don’t usually do an open house until it’s been on the market a little while). Therefore, I was impressed that they chose to do this right away. By Saturday night, I had many offers over my asking price and was happy to sign a contract that same night. The whole process was efficient and they had my back throughout. I highly recommend NimaListings!!!
