My husband and I could not have asked for a better Relator to assist us with buying our first home! Having never bought a home, we were unsure of what the process would look like and Nina was there to answer any and all questions in a timely manner. Nina is caring, professional, supportive and so knowledgeable. Nina has continued to support us after our purchase and is always just a phone call away. 5 STARS is well deserved. I have been a licensed attorney for 32 years with a concentration in New York real estate law. Unlicensed in Connecticut, I was in need of a real estate agent and was fortunate indeed to have found Nina Beebe. Nina came to us highly recommended and from start to finish, it was clear why. Nina is an expert communicator, we never had any questions as to where we were in the process of our home sale. In this crazy market, it a hard to gauge what a real sale price should look like but Nina navigated that perfectly for us and her appraisal was the exact top dollar we could have gotten for the house. She had our house on the market and closed inside of a month and it was painless. I can't recommend her highly enough, she is the only person I would use to buy or sell a house and if she ever stops she will be the standard to wich I hold all other agents.

As first time home buyers, my fiancé and I were very intimidated by the home buying process. All we knew was we wanted out of our apartment, aside from that we were newbies. Nina understood this from the start. She listened to our needs and was able to explain and walk us through this tumultuous process. It really was a whirlwind. I feel we could have easily been dissuaded to give up but her patience, honesty and professionalism really shined. It gave us the confidence that everything would work out in the end, AND IT DID!!!! Nina did a wonderful job in helping us sell our condo in Norwich she walked us through every step of the way made phone calls on weekends days nights.
