Nina Czerepak

Though born in Slovenia, Long Island is Nina’s true home. She was raised in Sea Cliff, NY and has resided on the beautiful North Shore for nearly 40 years. Partnering with her mom as a highly effective mother-daughter brokerage team at Compass, Nina specializes in residential sales, rentals, and general real estate services from A to Z in the market she knows and loves.?

After receiving a Bachelor’s degree from SUNY Oneonta, Nina worked in the luxury retail fashion industry as well as in luxury car sales for over a decade. She understands the art of fine service, and the care, communication, and above-and-beyond attention that goes into every deal. Her ability to identify needs, streamline negotiations, manage time and build relationships are the foundation of her success.?

Complementing her expertise in sales and customer service is a passion for residential design. Nina designed her personal homes and has served as her own general contractor, handling projects from hardscaping and landscaping to interiors for herself and loved ones. Her keen eye allows her to see the potential and best features of a home, and help clients create a place that fits their needs and taste. Outside of real estate, she cherishes spending time with her husband and two daughters, and enjoying the many wonderful offerings that make the North Shore so desirable.
