Nina Fox

Nina Fox is a native of Luray, VA, and has a family that dates back to the late 1700s in the Page County area. With a large family and deep roots, Nina knows the area very well and is well connected to many farm and landowners in the Shenandoah Valley. Nina is a graduate of Bridgewater College and has spent the last ten years in the government sector. While working in Washington DC and living in Northern Virginia, Nina began investing in real estate in her hometown of Luray. After completing a few house renovations and having her daughter; she and her husband decided it was time to leave the hustle and bustle of Northern Virginia and moved back to her hometown full-time.
It is no wonder that Nina has a passion for real estate, her father was a general contractor and real estate investor, she grew up in this industry. Real estate never fails to excite her passion for homes, architecture, land, and all things that fit under the “umbrella” of real estate. She absolutely appreciates all properties and is very enthusiastic about the rehabilitation and improvement of real estate properties. She can easily grasp the needs and desires of the client and advise according to their expectations. That is her goal in every transaction.

Previously serving Page County as the Director of Tourism, Marketing for the local Chamber of Commerce and assisting with the management of her family tourism-based business, has given her extensive knowledge of the area where she lives, as well as the thriving tourism industry, which complements her “great eye” for vacation properties throughout the valley.
