Nina is just amazing at what she does. I can’t say enough about our experience with her. She is extremely easy to work with, is very responsive, super helpful and most importantly she knows real estate and how to price, negotiate and all the little things in between. Fantastic with properties with acreage as well. I will continue to refer her to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Treasure Valley.

Nina Palmer happens to be the best realtor in the treasure valley hands down. Not only will you get hard work and devoted dedication to you as a client but you will get an advocate in a stressful and trying market. She does her best to help her clients get what they are looking for. She’s patient and understanding. I personally had her help with selling a home and purchasing my current home. I struggle with anxiety and am a disabled army vet. She knows the v.a. Processes quite well among others. She was there for me when the process was stressful able to relax my concerns and was very understanding when it came to my needs of wanting to stay in the know throughout the process. I’d highly recommend Nina for all your buying/selling needs she will go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy with your adventure in the market.

Nina was hands down the most amazing realtor we’ve ever worked with. She went above and beyond for our family and got us the house of our dreams. We were easily discouraged due to the crazy market, but she never gave up hope. When we saw the listing in our email, she immediately starting writing up the offer and kept us in the loop the whole time. She has all the right connections and great relationships with those in the industry. She is extremely personable, responsive to calls and emails and works so incredibly hard.
