Nochum was a complete professional. We were looking for more than a home, we needed to find a new neighborhood from California. Not a small task from 3,000 miles away.
He helped us understand the different neighborhoods, the vibe of each place , and then of course what to expect housing-wise in each area. He did FaceTime showings for us , making sure we didn’t miss any details in the pixels.
Communication with us was stellar the whole time. We never felt in the dark or like we were waiting on a response to some question.

I told Nochum that I did not want to see a particular house he suggested. Too small and too expensive. But he scheduled a showing together with another house close by. One I thought I was interested in.
That same day I made an offer on the tiny/expensive house and went to contract. By now, I moved in and it turns out not to be too small. And now that I see all the perks in the house, I think I got a good price.
I'm glad Nochum had the sense to schedule that appointment. He wasn't pushy, he just thought I should see it.
He helped me lower the price a bit.
He is pleasant and professional.
I can be finicky about real estate agents. But I would happily work with Nochum again.
