Noelani E Spencer

I was raised in Waimea on the Big Island and graduated from Honokaa high school. I started my career in Real Estate at the age of 20, working for a local mortgage broker here in town. Starting as a temporary receptionist, I was quickly hired full time and learned the entire mortgage business from origination to closing. I loved helping families build their dream homes and specialized in land and construction loans. I built my first home at the age of 22 and another at age 26. After the market crashed in 2009, I shifted gears and started my own cleaning company, cleaning vacation rentals in the Puako area. After working with the property managers, handymen, landscapers, guests and homeowners, it organically happened that I started to manage my own vacation rentals. In 2017, I decided to get my real estate sales license and bring all my experience together. I've found my knowledge and background has helped me provide high quality service to my clientele. I raised two beautiful children here, where we all enjoy paddling for Kawaihae Canoe Club. I love the ocean and all it provides. I enjoy hunting, fishing, diving and spending time with friends and family.
