Born in desolate ranch country in Valentine, Nebraska, Nolan Schmidt attended Fox Valley College, earning a degree in Police Science and Criminal Justice in Appleton, WI. and served as a Police Officer/Sgt. for 22+ years before launching his real estate career. A great listener and a person who values and enjoys meeting and working with people, he also has more than 30 years of experience as a real estate investor.
