Nooshin was such a big help to me and dad when we were looking at a condo to buy. She was very attentive and patient, listening to what I liked and disliked. She wasn’t pushy at all, she was very patient while we looked at various units until we found the right one. I highly recommend using her as your realtor she made a rather stressful process seem efficient and stress free.

She is extremely knowledgeable about the real state market and goes out of her way to communicate in your behalf and get the job done professionally, smoothly and in your satisfaction. I accidentally came across this information on Google written about Nooshin Zarrabi and was overwhelmed by the accusations raised about her. I have been dealing with Nooshin for more than seven years and have found her to be a knowledgeable professional in all aspects of real estate. My recent experience involved an eviction that was very emotional on the part of the tenant. Nooshin, at my request, as I was on a business trip, communicated my intent and requirements to the tenant and acted as a mediator to keep emotions at the lowest level possible. The result was an eviction that was handled very professionally to keep everything under control and ended up with a handshake of understanding between tenant and landlord that was accomplished in a great part by the role of Nooshin. Nooshin is a professional and a straight shooter. Whoever wrote the information on Google has it wrong as Nooshin would not be a party to such undertakings.
