We met Noreen through a friend and are very happy that she was recommended to us. Our first day meeting with her she showed us 13 waterfront homes that had been flooded during Sandy and stood in the snow and howling winds as we inspected bulkheads etc and chatted about what repairing one of the flooded homes would entail. She was very knowledgable about the area and made recommendations for local companies that we could use if we went that route. Noreen put in several offers for us and was always available for our questions and got back to us no matter what time of day. In the end, we ended up buying a home that the owner had decided to demolish and she was able to recommend a local builder for us to rebuild with. We are now building a great house for our family to enjoy for years to come. Noreen was a pleasure to work with from the beginning to the end. When our babysitter fell through at the last minute on closing day, Noreen even played with the kids while we signed all of the closing docs. Even after the real estate deal is done you can count on her to help you find people in the area to do repairs...to check on things in an emergency....and to keep you informed on what is happening in the area. Although I have not purchased property with Noreen, she has rented out my vacation home on the Jersey shore. She is always responsive and very helpful. One time there was a leak from my condo into my downstairs neighbor's kitchen. Of course, I was already back in North NJ. There was no one at my condo property available that could get into my apartment to check out the problem. My husband and I began our 1.5 hour trip. We were on the NJ Turnpike when I realized Noreen had a key. I called her (and this was on a Sunday evening), and she gladly drove to my condo and turned off the water supply. She then stopped by my neighbor's apartment to let her know the leak was taken care of. This, in my opinion, is above and beyond. Noreen sold Three one million dollar houses for us. She was able to sell all three in about 18 months. the houses were bought at the height of the market and droped considerably in appraised value. They were sold in 2012 and two of them in 2013. She was successful in negotiating the short sale condidtions of the banks and buyers. Her tenacity to attending to demanding details is just remarkable.she even had a backup buyer when one of the buyers could not ultimatley qualify for a mortgage.
