Welcome to my world … that is, my real estate world!!

Have you ever prepared a great meal and thought you had everything your family loved on the table? And then someone asks ..."where are the raisins." Well, that is how I see my role in this wonderful business of real estate ...to worry about the "raisins," those last minute details that can mean so much to my sellers and buyers. It's true that it's the little things that matter so much and can make the biggest impact.

I've been in the business since 1998, and I've seen the rise and fall of the market. I think that in order to sustain myself in real estate, I have paid attention to the details, the little things, and my referrals speak for themselves. I have especially enjoyed the first time home buyers who eventually became first time sellers, and then second time home buyers, and then ... it is the relationships I've established that have carried me through.

I grew up in Cheshire County, moved to Massachusetts for many years, and returned to Southern New Hampshire in 1997. It had become a very different place - one that had grown and matured and metamorphosed into a vibrant community. As I traveled around Cheshire County helping others find a place to live, I realized how lucky I was to find my way back here. I am proud to call Keene my home, and I invite anyone and everyone to pay a visit. It is one of those places where you can spend a few hours and feel like this is where you want to live. If that happens, call me - I'll throw in the raisins!

PERSONAL:

As luck would have it, I am married to a wonderful man, John Couture. He is a newly retired Professor of Professional and Graduate Studies at Keene State College, and also lovingly known as my “assistant” if I can’t get the darn sign in the frozen ground in the middle of winter. He’s the best!

I have one beautiful daughter – a Realtor in Massachusetts – a fabulous son-in-law (fireman), and three gorgeous grandchildren. They all love raisins!
