Her ability to manage the sale, and her professional reputation is why we bought our 1st beachfront house from her and sold one from her.
Her negotiation skills are first rate, she consistently found ways to get us our best deals.

No call or email ever went more than a couple of hours without a detailed response. Norma Turkington was our expert guide, as my wife and I recently purchased a condo on the beach in South Padre Island. We knew what we wanted, but did not know the Island well and Norma expertly and patiently guided us through the process. She really went the extra mile, turning up properties that were not currently listed and doing some detective work to help us understand the various properties we liked. As a long time resident, she has deep insight into the various parts of the island. She was always quick to respond to any questions we had after we did our tours and made an offer. She was there to inform, when needed, to hold our hands, when things moved on Island time and to deliver a gentle prod to keep things moving. Norma is a real treasure. A+++
