I grew up in Huntsville, AL before leaving home for Auburn University. After graduation he moved to Birmingham where he spent ten years in the mortgage and new home industry before moving to Montgomery to become the broker of Alfa Realty. Currently managing partner and broker ARC Realty, Alabama's largest and most successful privately owned real estate companies.

The leadership experience I cultivated as a manager for a successful regional mortgage company, a past president on the Montgomery Area Association of Realtors, the chairman of the governance board at my local church and as a broker/manager in the real estate industry has uniquely prepared him to effectively serve his fellow Realtors and clients. Without a doubt my most cherished leadership role has been partnering with his wife Rhonda in guiding and investing in their family of 11 children and 17 grandchildren and counting!.
