We were so lucky to have had Nuala come highly recommended to us when we began the hunt for our first home. We had pretty specific needs and absolutely no idea what we were doing, but she was patient and extremely responsive. She became our advocate during negotiations and if it weren’t for her, there is no chance we would have secured our highly sight after house. She was good to her word on all occasions and asked all the questions that we didn’t know to ask. She knows this area extremely well and we will forever be grateful for her helping us find our forever home.

If you are looking for a local realtor, your best choice is Nuala O’Leary. She did an outstanding job at marketing and selling my property in Hillsmere Shores in Annapolis. Since I had already moved and the house was empty, Nuala added some of her own staging pieces to make it look like a home and presented the property well with professional photos and multiple open houses. After we had a contract (in under a month), she was quick to assist in getting inspection items reviewed, fixed, and resolved, and even met with several of the repair folks herself to resolve some issues since I live out of the area. She was able to give the house I owned for over 25 years get a new life as a family home for young family. Throughout the entire selling process, Nuala was accessible and on top of every issue and concern. She was professional, knowledgeable, communicative, articulate and a complete joy to work with. I highly recommend her and would not hesitate to use her again for any real estate transactions.
