Meet Nuvia Anchondo having grown up in the Inland Empire, she has a real passion especially for helping first time homebuyers achieve homeownership, which is why she volunteers her time at the Riverside Housing Authority by educating buyers through the home buying process.

Nuvia's business is been blessed with a high percentage of referrals from satisfied clients. Most important to Nuvia is providing the most excellent service to buyers and sellers in order to earn their trust, referrals, and repeat business. Clients appreciate her flexibility, low pressure sales, patience, ability to listen and hear what a client wants, negotiation and analytic skills, and her ability to accurately price and market a home.

In addition to her role as a REALTOR®, Nuvia prizes her greatest role as mom to two kids who are highly active in athletics. In her free time, she enjoys watching them play sports, swimming, and hiking.


Meet Amalia Beltran she's a bilingual agent at Better Homes and Gardens. Amalia attended San Joaquin Valley College in the city of Temecula CA, receiving her degree in Business Administration in 2013. She's a professional Tax preparer since 2015. On her spare time, she loves to work with kids with Special Needs and Autism, and enjoys volunteering at her children's school.

She is a women of faith, married 10+years to a supportive and loving husband who have 3 amazing boys. As a surrogate, she believes family is precious and knows the care, attention, and trust a family places in her to help fulfill their dream of becoming a parents. With that same care, she would help bring families into the purchase of their dream home.
