Finding Ms. Octavia was the best decision we made. Before meeting her in person she already created a plan for us including what she need from us as sellers and what she’ll do for us as our realtor. She was always available for any calls, text and email with questions we had. Honestly she made the process so easy and exciting. For me, it was important on how comfortable she made feel being around her, even my little ones loved her and they barely like me and my husband sometimes. I’m recommending her to everyone.

Oh and she was big on protecting us from fraud so you’ll feel safe with her for real.

Ms. Octavia was amazing!! She made our first time home buying process less stressful. She was there every step of the way. Anytime we needed assistance she was able to assist. She's personable and very professional. She stayed on top of everything. It was hard to believe she had other clients because she made us feel like we were her first priority. Octavia has been great from the beginning of introduction. I am relocating from NY to NC and with much anxiety of a big move she has pretty much held my had every step of the way. Octavia has let me know detail to detail what to expect from looking for a property and what to keep in mind with the expenses buying a home can look like. She is very knowledgeable of it ALL...the loan side as well...hint hint...keep an open mind and open communication and you will be at ease.
