I Had a wonderful experience with Mr Odaine renting out my apartment. He is very professional, attentive to details and honest. He did a through inspection of the apartment and made recommendations before renting out. He made the interaction between the tenant and I very smooth and I got wonderful tenants. He will give you recommendations anywhere from who will do your lawn to handymen, help you with lease and walk through before tenants occupy the premises. He is very knowledgeable about real estate and easy to work with. Since my first experience he has become my go to person with renting out my units. If you try him you will not regret. Very honest guy.
