Olga responded very promptly to my initial online inquiry about buying Keys property and I was Very impressed by her knowledge of technology and how to use that to benefit us most. She then represented our interests as a buyer family very professionally! Olga works hard night and day, 7 days per week with very timely responses regarding all phases of the buying transaction and carried through everything very accurately to the finish. Olga is simply an amazing real estate professional and superb helpful in vacation rentals! We had an excellent experience with Olga who assisted us in finding a perfect rental space for our family of 3 during Christmas holidays in South Miami and helping with airline tickets and transportation from and to the airport. The place we stayed in was impeccable. Overall, the whole process was amazing and we will use Olga again as our vacation rental specialist again. If you are looking for a realtor, search no further than Olga Grant. We had two other realtors before contacting Ms. Olga. I call her my Russian Tiger. Not only does she know the market and get you the best value for your money, she is also very knowledgeable in regards to financing, homeowners insurance, wind and flood. These are things that most realtors leave their clients on their own. Not Ms. Olga, she helps through all of it. Ms. Olga also knew what we needed most as a family from a home. I have been developing and dealing in real estate for the past 55 years. I have been an active licensed real estate broker for 44 years. I gave Olga the listing rather then trying to market the property ourselves because it is not our territory and she knows the market like the back of her hand. Never in all my years have I dealt with an agent who is more professional, diligent, and knowledgeable about her market then Olga. She just closed on a property for me and I expect she will close on the other listing she has of mine in the very near future.
