I would highly recommend Olga! From my very first communication with her I realized that she was prompt at responding, detail oriented, highly knowledgeable, and has the upmost professional acumen. As a new out of state investor I needed to find someone who would represent my eyes and ears on the ground. She did not disappoint, in fact she went above and beyond what I could have expected or wanted. Not only does she have a wealth of knowledge about rental properties and neighborhoods, she openly communicates this information with your best interest in mind. I felt completely trusting of her judgment and guidance. She took the time to go over every detail of the multiple properties that I considered and she did so with patience and no pressure. I’ve had so many friends, family and business partners express how lucky I am to have found Olga for my first rental purchase. This experience has been so positive, stress free and informative I will definitely continue to build my rental portfolio with her. She was and is available for all my questions and is flexible to work with my schedule given the time zone difference. If you are looking for your dream home, wanting to invest in rental properties or even selling your home, you will never regret choosing Olga to help you in the process. Through this experience with Olga I was able to purchase a profitable first rental property and get connected with her wonderful network of contractors. I flew out to see my new purchase, meet with Olga in person, set up and plan some renovation projects all for the first time a week ago. Honestly it felt as though I was boots on the ground with this project from beginning to end although I was actually thousands of miles away. I could never thank her enough but I hope this honest and detailed review of my experience with her will encourage many more people, families and businesses to work with her because she is one of the best in the industry!

Olga is not only a very good realtor, but also a very warm, genuinely nice person. She knows her job very well and is very professional. If you have a concern/question, she will address it promptly. She is an excellent listener. I recommend her for anyone!

Olga in one word is AMAZING! I was previously working with another realtor and things with our schedules were not working. A friend recommended Olga. I texted her and she got back to me immediately. She is always very responsive. She listens to you and answers every question you have. This was my first home I was buying and she walked me through every step. I wish I would have called her from the beginning. She works around your schedule, fast responses, trustworthy, knowledgeable, friendly, she's all around amazing! I felt like I was house shopping with a friend who was excited as I was! I can't thank her enough for all she did for me! I HIGHLY recommend giving her a call/text you will not regret it!!

Olga is an exceptional person and professional. She took on the complex sale of a rental property made even more difficult by the Covid crisis and uncooperative tenants. Her perseverance was a real relief as I was managing the sale of the property remotely and unable to provide her with any local support. I would work with her again in a heartbeat.

Olga was absolutely amazing! She helped me whenever I didn’t fully understand a process. She kept in touch and was so efficient I was fully informed the entire time. Olga was the most helpful part of my search and she calmed me when I was worried and made sure to let me know that she would help me find what I wanted for my kids and myself. She helped me on what to look for and made sure to direct me in the right direction for issues had they came up. I will forever be grateful and go to her when and/or if I am in the market again! Any person that comes to me asking for advice or a direction to go I will point them in Olga’s direction!!!

Very pleasant experience selling our home through Olga! She is very personable and takes her time to explain any questions. In addition, she was more than willing to provide excellent feedback and advice on a whim regarding both selling our home and locating a new one, which made the experience so much more pleasant. In our opinion, she went above and beyond the call of duty in helping us, and we truly feel that she's like family after everything has been said and done.
