Olga Kozhukhov

Olga began her real estate career in 2007, earning the “Rookie of the Year” award at her previous brokerage. Olga is truly passionate about real estate and takes each transaction very personally. She understands the magnitude of choices and challenges sellers and buyers are faced with and guides them with her knowledge and experience. She decided to join KL Sotheby’s so she could work in an environment where her passion is supported by collaboration and guidance with a common vision and innovative approach.

Olga is dedicated to finding her buyer clients the perfect fit, whether it is a “starter” or “forever” home. She is striving for the best possible terms of sale for her seller clients, focusing on every detail with value-enhancing potential. Olga recognizes that because every real estate transaction is fundamentally personal — sellers and buyers are often making the biggest financial and domestic decisions of their lives — it is essential to support her clients with personalized attention and knowledge of current local market conditions. Olga’s expertise as an agent not only includes the rapid decline of the real estate market in 2008-2011, helping her clients successfully navigate through that period, but more recently has enabled her to counsel her clients with creative approaches to successfully overcome the challenges presented in more recent years with multiple offers and pricing strategies.

Before moving to the United States and starting her career in real estate, Olga earned a degree in Jurisprudence from Latvia State University and worked as an undercover police officer in the Central District of Riga, Latvia.

Olga is a member of the Garden State Multiple Listing Service (GSMLS), the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), New Jersey Realtors (NJ Realtors), and the Hunterdon/Somerset Association of Realtors (H/SAR).

Olga and her husband, Alec, moved to Hunterdon County, NJ in 2002. Together with her husband and daughter, Olga enjoys international travel, hiking, and shares her daughter’s passion for horseback riding and the welfare of the animals. Olga is fluent in Russian.
