Olinda has been the best realtor i could have asked for shes very welcoming and knowledgeable ! olinda was ALWAYS available for home tours, her responsiveness was incredible. She treated us like if we were family and always finding the best options for my husband , me and our future babys home ! feeling so lucky for finding someone like Olinda if i can rate her a 100 stars i would , forever grateful for her 🙂

Olinda was great to speak with and work with from the very beginning. She was very upbeat and personable and always very responsive and quick to act if we wanted to look at a home or had any questions. She made it happen very quickly and has great resources and connections to find us the perfect home and even close in as little as 10 days!!! Olinda Vargas , Has been more than our realtor a family member from another mother , Olinda was the first realtor to give us hope in regards to buying our first home , we had cross more than 10 different realtor that would just give us push back and “ how much y’all will give down “ , the Vargas team not only helped us get our dream home in less than 5 months but granted us a 15k grant that help us with many different pin points to purchasing our home .Olinda is a very professional ,loving women , educated and intelligent person . Crazy how I found her on my new feeds on facebook , she changed my life forever . I 1000000% recommend the Vargas team and Olinda for future home purchases. First time home buyer and I had a great experience with Olinda! Honestly Olinda was very helpful and knowledgeable. She had no problem assisting me and answering all my questions even when I had her taking me to multiple showings until I found a home I was comfortable with! She gave suggestions when asked and had no problem voicing concerns to the lenders and property managers when I was uncertain about things. ☺️ 20/10 would recommend
