It was fantastic working with Olivia to buy my house. I had yet to move to Spokane until well into the closing process, but she was extremely accommodating and motivated to seek out open house times and give virtual tours. She also took care of any of the paperwork in a very punctual manner and there were no delays in closing. Olivia was very delightful to work with in terms of her cheery, yet honest attitude when moving through the process. I could trust that the property being purchased was of the best value to me. It was an absolute pleasure to work with her to be able to secure my first home and I genuinely would not have been able to do it without Olivia’s help!

Olivia is absolutely amazing! She is incredibly personable and professional. She really went to a lot of effort to be accommodating and show us as many potential properties as possible when we were visiting from out of state and had a limited time frame. She went the extra mile by offering to show us nearby parks and perks in our future neighborhood. Her communication has been friendly, timely, and informative. Perhaps most impressively, Olivia sets realistic expectations that align to market conditions and truly provides a winning strategy. I highly highly recommend her. Thank you Olivia!

Olivia is phenomenal! She was so helpful throughout the process. As a first time home buyer, she answered all of my questions, walked me through everything, and found any resource I needed. She is extremely personable and responsive! She is informative and works around your schedule. She even checked on my house after it closed until I could move in. I recommended her to several friends moving to the area as well. I only have good things to say about Olivia Bone!
