Buying a house in Colorado can be a very stressful process, but Olivia’s superb skills as a realtor combined with her endless positive energy made the process very smooth for us. Thanks to Olivia, we got the first home we put an offer on - and many other people were putting offers on this property!
As a first-time homebuyer, at the beginning I was not familiar at all with how the whole process works, but Olivia patiently guided me step by step (she will give you a very helpful booklet!) and explained all the details I needed to know, and steered me in the right direction anytime I needed to be guided. She is literally available anytime to answer any question you may have, and she is extremely knowledgeable with all the info she provides. Visiting homes with her is a very fun experience too, and I have to admit I will miss that now that we have found our dream home!
In summary, she will simply systematically go above and beyond at any single step of the home buying process to make sure you find the house you are dreaming of. I am so blessed to have had Olivia as my realtor, and I will be recommending her to all my friends for their housing needs in the Denver metro area! If you’re looking for a realtor, call her now!

Olivia was essential in helping us find and buy our new home. She shared her knowledge of the Denver neighborhoods to give us guidance and steer us in the right direction. We loved working with Olivia!
It was our first house and we have been living in Denver for less than 2 years so we are pretty new to the area. Also, coming from Italy there has been a lot to learn since things are very different here.
She made things fun and easy!
She guided us through the whole process (also during a pandemic!) since we first mentioned to her we were thinking of buying.
She is also very knowledgeable and with a lot of experience, we felt in good hands and that we could trust her 100% during the whole process!
