Olivia is a Georgia Native. Born and raised in Covington, GA where she attended Newton High School. After starting her career in the construction industry, working closely with commercial general contractors, architects and residential builders, she knew pretty quickly she wanted to see the entire building process from start to finish. From obtaining permits for a new project, to a homeowner moving into their new home. Obtaining her real estate license helped her fulfill just that. Olivia understands the numerous intangible benefits of life in Georgia with its unmatched weather, culture, and diversity. With her construction experience she has an extensive knowledge of all North Georgia Areas, spanning from McDonough to the beautiful Smokey Mountains.

Olivia now resides in Commerce, Georgia. A continually active and connected community volunteer within Jackson County. Olivia volunteers at the local city schools and has served on the Commerce Athletic Booster Club. Olivia founded the Commerce Backpack Giveback project where bookbags and school supplies are given out to children in need prior to the school year. Olivia’s contacts and lifelong Georgia residency leverage her energy and enthusiasm, enhancing her client dedication and insuring satisfied repeat clients and referrals.
