Though I knew O'Neia prior to buying my 1st home, she didn't fail to exercise her expertise and PATIENCE! :*) She has a great eye for single-family and multi-units and believes in clients (if buying) obtaining quality dwellings. O'Neia not only negotiated a deal that was well in my favor, but also referred me to a great lawyer and inspector. She is knowledgeable in all property-types and her experience in co-ops are a plus. Having taking the time to interview several realtors before making the selection, Oneia stood out above the rest. Her willingness to educate along the way, spend time answering all of my questions as a first time home buyer, and organization was amazing. Oneia and her team really made the process seamless.
