We’d sold a property in California and wanted to utilize the 1031 Exchange to purchase a house in Reno, so we met Oralia and looked at properties that would be ideal investments for this purpose. Throughout the process, she was patient, on time, and courteous to us and the sellers. We found a house that was “just right” in the area we desired. Oralia ensured our offer got accepted and clearly walked us through the complicated paperwork. We could not be more pleased with Oralia’s service and work ethic and would strongly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell properties in Nevada.

I have worked with several real estate agents in the past. Oralia exceded my expectations. She offered me services no other realtor had; for example, radon testing. Oralia had my family’s interest at heart. I was very impressed with her knowledge and expertise but most of all I was impressed by her timely response to my questions and concerns. Oralia was so wonderful with our family! She offered to drive us all in her car to look at houses, made organized lists of what we were seeing and went out of her way to make appointments at every home we wanted to look at! Oralia was great
I just finished buying three investment properties though Oralia. She was familiar with my 1031 exchange process and was able to show me the best properties available. As an out of state Realtor I expect a lot and she delivered. Well versed in all areas of Reno I feel I had the best representation. She went above and beyond helping with inspections, contractors painters and handymen.
Definitely will recommend her to everyone.

Oralia is very personable and professional as a real estate agent. I gave her a list of what I wanted in a house, in the Reno market, while living in San Francisco. So, physically being there to look at houses was a bit of a challenge for me to come into town so often, but Oralia had a very keen eye and kept me up to date with the houses she viewed. She even Facetimed me when I couldn't be there in person. I am a first time home buyer, so this whole process for me was new and at times, overwhelming. Oralia really listened to my concerns and hesitations and really helped me ease into the process, putting it in simple terms for me to understand. She was also very knowledgeable in the market and neighborhoods I was interested in, since I wasn't too familiar with the Reno area. When it came down to placing an offer, she was quick to respond whenever I had questions during escrow (and I had a lot!). We even won a lower negotiation price than what the listing price was! I have and would highly recommend her as an agent.
