We were assigned to Southern Properties through VA homeloans and got the wonderful Mrs. Oriel. We could not have asked for a better realtor! She was always a text or phone call away, answered any questions we had, and was with us every step of the way! As first time home buyers who had only rented a couple of times we had ALL the questions, but she was always so patient with us and walked us all the way through to the end!!
Could not recommend a realtor more that I would recommend her!!!!

Oriel was AMAZING! This was my first experience selling a property, oriel never made me feel inadequate. To the contrary she was kind, compassionate, and understanding. She made an immediate, astute assessment of my property and how to market it for quick sale. In a matter of days I had several offers, and closed in two weeks. When I called she answered, if I missed her she returned my call the same day. Being an old school guy this type of Service and Professionalism was the norm back in my day. Oriel is the best agent ever! If it wasn't for her persistence, knowledge, and professionalism, I would never have closed on my house! The market was all cash buyers and with a mortgage, I didn't think I had a chance with an offer, especially on my dream house! Oriel didn't skip a beat trying to make my dream house become a reality. The knowledge of real estate, the current market, and mortgages was incredible. She is too notch!!
