Oscar is like family and he works effortlessly to make you feel like family too. We have known Oscar for well over 12 years & he has helped my wife & I buy our home, as well as my mother & mother-in-law. He usually answers his phone, but when he’s not available to answer…it’s always followed up by a returned call, no matter the question or problem. He has experience, knowledge & the know how to help anyone reach their dreams of home ownership. I would give Oscar a 10 star rating, even though only 5 are available on this site!

I needed to complete a 1031 exchange which meant having to find a property within 45 days...the challenge was that I really needed a property that would 'pencil out' and also be a good investment (extremely difficult to do in the Santa Cruz area). Oscar helped achieve this, and additionally...
I have to say that Oscar's strengths really shined during the negotiation and contracting process. By having Oscar representing me, I felt ensured that all the important due diligence - from pricing/negotiations, to contractual, to the physical inspections of the property was being met.

I think that is something that a professional like Oscar brings to the table that I definitely wouldn't have the insight or experience to do by myself!

Oscar sold a Condo in my complex for more than any other Realtor at $675k. I chose him to sell ours, which he did in 20 days. I was an out of State lister, and his communication was excellent.
