One of the first best things that happened to us before moving to Massachusetts was our instant and well established connection with Padma Sonti! She not only represented us as our Realtor but also as a guide, friend and family. She is very dedicated, hard-working, knowledgeable: not just in her profession but also in many other areas, has swift communication skills, follows up tasks diligently, dependable and is full of energy! From the beginning, she gave us a clear picture of how things worked in every step. She always respected our requirements and sentiments and remembered to work only on it. She proved that we could count on her for anything we needed. She, her team and her referrals are awesome to work with. She walked us through the entire process of moving cross country, home buying and settling down in a new place not just like a professional but with a warm, caring and lovingly personal touch! We are fortunate to have grown a beautiful relationship with her, her wonderful family and friends who are as sweet, cheerful and helpful like her! Hands down, we would highly recommend Padma!

I had the pleasure of working with Padma Sonti during our recent home search, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. Padma came highly recommended by my brother and sister-in-law after she helped them buy their first home. As a first time homebuyer myself, I was nervous about the process. Padma made it so easy and fun. She connected us to everyone (lawyer, mortgage lender, home inspector, etc) and was so responsive I'm not sure if she sleeps. Seriously the best real estate agent out there!

Sold our home in Westford and bought another in Merrimack, NH. Padma knew what it took to prepare the home for sale, had the network of contractors, painters, movers etc to prep the house in record time and get it to market. Great digital and real world marketing, resulting in multiple offers and a above asking price deal. The right due diligence to ensure the buyers were high quality and could close on time.

On the buy side, she knew the local market and helped us close on the house at under asking (gasp!!). Her knowledge helped us unearth some critical issues that the seller addressed, potentially saving us thousands in expense and more importantly, falling out of love with the home.

Professional beyond belief, with our best interests at heart! No wonder she is a top agent in the area.
