She dealt with our concerns through the closing process very professionally when we were unhappy with HOA fees, etc. She also was responsive when we called her or texted her. There was a small delay getting her to respond in the beginning, which is the reason I gave her only 4 stars on responsiveness, but from there on out she was fast and helpful. She also negotiated our deal with relative smoothness, when we wanted to stick to an offering price we had determined when the seller was asking for more. Overall I had a great experience with Paige and I would definitely use her again in a heartbeat. That says a lot considering that I haven't liked most of the realtors I've used or contacted.

We had a problem on our mortgage paperwork the day before we were supposed to close. We had to resign all our loan docs and get them back to our lender in salt lake the same day. We were in St George moving out of our house, so Paige volunteered to drive all the way from Heber to St George and back to pick up our new paperwork and get it back to our lender so we could close on time! This was my first home buying experience and I stumbled across Paige randomly when she was the listing agent for one of the houses I found online. In a very casual way she offered to help me look for houses and I never felt like I was being pushed into something. My schedule is often difficult to work with but Paige made my availability work for everything. We came across Paige through Zillow and I was concerned that perhaps I should have used someone that came with a recommendation from a friend, but I was pleasantly surprised at how well she worked out. Paige wasn't pushy, listened to and addressed our concerns, pointed out potential issues with the properties that we viewed, struck the right balance between making suggestions and letting us make informed decisions, and was very involved at every stage of the sale, even offering use of her truck for our move after the sale was complete.
