About Paige
Paige was born and raised near New Orleans, Louisiana and is the oldest of 4 children. As the oldest, she is a natural leader, nurturer, and continuous asker of the question “Why?”.
Following childhood dreams of becoming a dolphin trainer, she received her Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Marine Science & Biology and a minor in Psychology from the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa. While she didn’t seek a career in the ultra-competitive world of aquatic mammal training after college, she did enjoy a successful career in public aquariums, which included Atlanta’s own Georgia Aquarium.
Paige moved to Georgia in 2010, orchestrated a 3-year house trade with a family in AL, earned her place as a Georgia Aquarium Life Support Systems Technician on the night shift, and then found her way into real estate in 2013 searching for a better work/life balance. She now lives in Dunwoody with her husband and 2 children, enjoying the Atlanta area for all it offers in the city and well beyond the city limits.
In her free time, Paige may be found lifting weights at a CrossFit class, cheering on her children at sporting events, backpacking wilderness trails around the world, or relaxing on a warm beach. Paige also enjoys the art of photography from behind the lens of a camera and has been working on her courage to step out in front of the lens from time to time.
Business Background
Paige knows how to get the job done well. She does this by continuously seeking educational opportunities, developing a detailed plan, conducting intense research, honing her strong negotiation skills, and encouraging confident and open communication.
Paige has significant business experience prior to her real estate career working for both large and small companies, profit and non-profit organizations, and has experience building and running her own companies. She taps into these diverse experiences every day to advise her real estate clients.
Paige maintains a client-centered philosophy, considering clients’ unique needs and specific financial and personal goals. Due to Paige’s strong science background, her thought process is often scientific, technical, and data-driven, allowing her to provide valuable information to her clients. Whether buying, selling, or both, Paige strives to guide clients through the steps of a real estate transaction, helping them make informed decisions while finding solutions to meet their goals.
With a relaxed demeanor and a straightforward approach, she can negotiate deals with southern charm and hold a firm line when needed. She knows how to successfully win multiple offer bids for buyers and maximize sellers’ investments with top dollar sales. Paige considers each client relationship a friendship. Buying and selling a home is a very personal journey that she is honored to be invited to join in on with her clients.
