About Pam

Pam Abernathy has been a full-time REALTOR® for nearly 30 years. She is committed to helping her clients make educated real estate decisions, and also tries to make the process fun and enjoyable. A Metro Atlanta resident since 1992, she has helped hundreds of clients with their real estate needs at all price points throughout Atlanta. She now has the privilege of helping the second generation of clients, as her clients are sending their children to her.

Having been through multiple long-distance relocations over the years, and recently moving locally, Pam understands how stressful moving can be. She can help you navigate the many steps of purchasing or selling a home and works tirelessly to make the process amicable for all parties involved. She also has an extensive contact list to assist her clients with whatever need arises: from lenders, inspectors, pet-sitting, home staging...and everything in between!

When not helping her clients, Pam spends time with her husband, Richie. They both love animals and volunteered for nine years at Canine Assistants helping to train service dogs. They are active members of North Point Community Church. Pam enjoys reading, cycling classes, college football and spending time with family and friends.
