When I contacted Pam Baumgardners office in nc I lived in nj , I explained what we were looking for in a house, our price range property size and we would only be in nc for 1 week. She really had a tough task to meet with us because we couldn't keep coming back and forth to find d a house. When we arrived she had so many listing lined up for us and most important didn't waste her time or ours we looked at only what we told her we liked. By the sixth day we pretty much made our decision. We went back to NJ talked about it and had made a decision on the house we are In now. We met Pam back in 2010 and she worked tirelessly to help us find our new home. After sitting down with us to discuss home ownership, she picked out 8 homes to view the very next day!!! My husband was an easy pleaser but I was looking for the one Each home had something great about it...but Pam told me, when I knew it was the right home...I would know! She never gave up...My hub and I had finally decided on a home. I was still kind of on the fence. Pam could sense that and so at the last minute I told her I just needed to see a few more just to make sure and she was ready! Now I will admit that usually this is a bad idea....but she took me solo hunting the next day and as we pulled into a new neighborhood, I just knew this is where my new home was going to be. As soon asI walked into that home..... I knew that this was it. She had done it!!! She was spectacular through the whole process and I couldnt have been happier.
