With over three decades of experience in the real estate industry and born and raised in Gettysburg, PA, Pam Bowers brings a depth of knowledge, dedication, and hands-on expertise that few can match. Pam began her real estate journey in 1987, fresh out of Gettysburg Area High School, working alongside a respected Broker, Marty Miller, who mentored and encouraged her to excel from the ground up.
From administrative duties and bookkeeping to contract management and advertising, Pam learned every facet of the business—building a strong foundation that has served her and her clients well. Encouraged by her father and driven by her growing passion for helping people, she earned her Real Estate License in 2006 and went on to achieve her Associate Broker License just a few years later.
From 2006 to 2025, Pam has worked side-by-side with her Broker, Marty Miller, helping to run the daily operations of the office while also representing her own loyal base of clients. Known for her tireless work ethic, honesty, and commitment to excellence, Pam has helped countless buyers and sellers navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Pam and Marty will also continue as they have for many years to work alongside one another as a team for various clients and customers they serve together.
Pam specializes in residential real estate and estates for families that have had loved one’s pass, but her experience also includes farm properties, land sales, multi-family investments, and commercial real estate. Pam has also been a licensed notary for many years, which is just another way she can assist her clients and customers. Her clients appreciate her deep understanding of contracts, attention to detail, and no-nonsense approach that consistently delivers results.
“Marty and I love what we do—and that makes all the difference,” says Pam. “It’s the people we meet and work with every day who inspire us to keep going and keep growing.” With all that said, “We still appreciate meeting face-to-face with folks to develop trust and want them to know we are here to work for them! When Pam isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her husband Dave, and son Daniel. She’s proud of the career she’s built and is always ready to help new clients find the perfect place to call home.
