I couldn’t have had a better person help me buy a home ! Pam goes above and beyond for her clients! I had no idea how to buy a home and the details it required. Pam walked me thru every step and was super supportive during the whole process. She took care of everything and made sure the other realtor and their clients did what they had to do . So she has helped me buy 2 homes and sell one and I couldn’t have had a better experience or realtor to help me thru it . She is one of the most upbeat and positive people I know . You couldn’t have a more professional and respectful and attentive person helping you buy or sell a home !

Pam Cameron was the only person my wife wanted to help us find a good home, they had worked together before when my wife bought her condo and already knew her, her skills and reputation.
We wanted a simple home, we had a few things we needed and together looked over a few houses. She guided us the whole way, answered my dopey questions and we found the perfect place for us. We have land for our dogs, a lake but a few houses away and the most wonderful garage a DIYer, amateur mechanic or hobbyist could ask for. When issues came up along our search, things my wife and I thought were huge, but Pam helped navigate them and we survived. Pam was a huge help in every aspect of the sale and buying of our homes.
Buying a home for your family might sound daunting but with Pam on your side you will do fine.

Loved working with Pam. She was professional, courteous, and always there for every question we had. Pam Cameron was extremely professional, very knowledgeable of the local market and a pleasure to work with. She took the time to get to know us and our long term goals. We started our journey close to two years ago and Pam patiently listened to our thoughts and ideas and guided us in the right direction. She was always quick to respond to our calls and emails; answering every question honestly.
We were from out of state and in the process of retiring and relocating to New Hampshire. Pam was always accommodating and coordinated showings to fit our schedule. She was honest and helped us see the benefits and shortcomings of each property we visited. While searching for our dream home, we were also dealing with the challenge of selling our home. There were some challenges along the way but Pam went the extra mile to work with our selling broker to ensure that the timing of the sale and purchase were well coordinated.
We would highly recommend contacting Pam if you’re looking for a home. We wouldn’t be where we are without her.

Pam and Andrew were wonderful to work with. I started talking with Pam 3-4 months ahead of a potential move. Then when the move was going to happen, we didn't have much time to find a place.
We flew in on a Thursday and looked at 15 places on Friday and Saturday.
Pam and Andrew helped us formulate an offer while we drove back to the airport. They recommended offering less than the asking price and our offer was accepted. We got along with them quite well. We are now using them to look for a home nearby for a relative.
