Decided to downsize. Contacted Pam Corning through a recommendation from a friend as he said he had a great experience. She was friendly and talked openly of my options in the current market. Pam was excellent in finding the perfect home for our family! She was on top of the process from start to finish, and made the process of relocating from a different state very easy!! She knows the area very well. Even though the market is currently insane, Pam was able to get us in for UNDER ASKING!!!
She was there to answer all of our questions and was in constant communication with us. I can't give her enough credit on the whole process and would recommend her as a Realtor to any one! She was so great!!! Thanks Pam

Pam was simply wonderful to work with. Pam, in a matter of two weeks had us in front of 10 houses that fit our needs. After multiple bidding wars and offers, we finally landed our dream home. I had such a nice time working with Pam! She was very helpful in guiding me through this process as a first-time homebuyer who went in knowing nothing. She taught me what to watch out for, even what to smell for like a mildew scent in basements which can be a red flag. Her wealth of knowledge and her collaboration with my lender made my process completely seamless. She even double checked and verified documents that I wouldn't have known to review. Truly such a huge help and that's an understatement! Between her and my lender (ROC mortgage group, Cross Country Mortgage in Quincy), I had a dynamic, all star team that supported me the whole way. You can't go wrong choosing her. She's always there to respond, practically before I even hit the "send" button, breaks things down from jargon to actual, understandable language, and is generally such a kind and fun person! This is the 2nd time we've used Pam. Pam sold our home two years ago. At that time, we decided we'd rent until we could find the right home. As this was a tough market to buy in, it wasn't easy to find a home or get an offer accepted but with Pam's great negotiation skills, we were able to finally find the perfect home for our family. I highly recommend Pam Corning as your realtor. She was a huge help to me. I was a first time home buyer & knew very little about the process. Not only did Pam help me but her honesty & consideration was a big help.. We looked @ 26 houses before I purchased my current home. I was working a couple of jobs at the time & she even went to an open house for me & did a video to show me. She was always available to take my calls even when I forgot what time it was. Pam is the best! We had the pleasure of working with Pam on the purchase of our new home and immediately thereafter prepare and sell our then current home -- all within a few quick months. She kept everything running smoothly... always in communication with us... letting us know what to expect, how to proceed, etc. Pam always made herself available and made what could have been a very stressful situation fairly painless -- she even helped with the sweeping!!!
