Pam helped us buy and sell our home. She’s exactly what you want in a realtor. She wasn’t afraid to speak up when she had concerns about homes we looked at which we appreciated since we were purchasing sight unseen. When we listed our home, she made sure we had a team of professionals to photograph the house and create social media content. She’s kind and authentic and exactly who you want when making the big life decision of buying or selling your home. We couldn’t be happier with our experience!

Pam helped us purchase our first home and we were out of state. She made the process so easy. She stayed on top of available houses in our price range and was realistic about the houses we’d be able to compete for which increased our chance of finding a home in the short time period that we had. She also listened very well to what we were looking for a delivered 100%. She even accommodated our dogs we were traveling with and we were able to put in an offer from a local park. She chose top notch inspection companies and scheduled everything. I would have never been able to accomplish buying a wonderful home in such a short time period without her. If you want supreme customer service and someone who is extremely good at their job, she’s your person. She will most certainly deliver and exceed expectations.

A co-worker recommended Pam to help me find a house in Wichita, and I’m so glad they did. I contacted her and she got right back to me.... I told Pam what I was looking for and she hit the ground running! Three weeks later I flew to Wichita for a five day house hunting trip. On the third day, Pam found me the most amazing house. She took quick action to make sure we could see the home. I signed an offer that night, took Sunday off, and Pam arranged for the home inspection on the fifth day of my trip! Once I flew home, she handled everything on this end and now I have an incredible home here in Wichita. I would highly recommend Pam (and have already) if you’re in the market in Wichita!

Pam was referred to me on listing our house through the relocation company and she came prepared during our first visit with comps, market trend information in hand. When the house finally ready to be listed few months later, she's the only realtor i talked to that updated the comps and reevaluated the list price based on changing market.
She provided staging furniture for the house, staged the house tastefully, hired great photographer that showed case the house spectacularly. The 3D tour was also a great feature. She was very responsive and took into considerations of our needs and ideas to change things up as needed, which shows that she listens, compassionate and doing her best to make sure the process was as stress free as possible. She was extremely helpful and proactive in helping to prepare the house for showing and made sure the house was kept in great shape after the showing. She gave sound advice when we received feedbacks and during the negotiations after we received offers.
Even after the closing, she kept in contact in making sure our transitions went on smoothly and went above and beyond in answering questions and making sure things were OK.
We're glad to have met Pam and have her help in selling our beloved home. With Pam we didn't just gained a great realtor, but an awesome friend. If we're to move back to Wichita, she'll be the first person we'll call.

Pam helped sell my home incredibly fast. After our first meeting she helped get the house ready for pictures and staging. She stayed in constant contact throughout the whole process.
