My wife and I had the opportunity to work with Pam for the 2nd time in the last 4 years. We bought a home she had listed in September 2020. After 3.5 years we decided to sell that home and “right size” our living situation. Pam always puts her Client’s best interest first. Pam provided timely comps in the area and evaluated all the pros and cons of our house to these comps. We mutually agreed to an asking price and engaged her services. Pam is an outstanding realtor who has done this for many years. I can’t begin to tell you how valuable her knowledge of selling houses and marketing homes was to the sale of our home. It’s true.
