I have been through several real estate deals throughout my time on this rock and working with Pam Harrison has been by far one of the smoothest and easiest real-estate experiences I have had. I am the Executor for my mother’s estate, and I live out of state, while that is never an easy task Pam helped me navigate through the process with ease. Due to me hiring a lesser qualified real estate agent at the beginning, we were on a fairly tight time crunch but that was not a problem for Pam. She had the house under contract within 2 weeks, and we closed just outside a month. Throughout the process she kept us ahead of the game by keeping me informed of things that would need to be done or scheduled to keep things moving. Don’t waste your time like I did in the beginning, hire Pam from the start and see how a stress-free real estate experience feels.

Pam was amazing! Show cased the house well, made sure to check on my house after each showing since another realtor left the back door open while showing to their client. Pam made a repair from damage another showing caused, and since there was a delay in closing due to buyer finance, Pam went to my house and cleaned up the house from ice melt since the power was out. Pam also noticed I was overcharged in the realtor fee after we closed and pushed that I get a refund. She went above and beyond every step. I recommend to anyone selling their home.

Responsive, professional, and personable, Pam is awesome. I "casually" looked for a house for about a year prior to hiring Pam. While I wasn't an expert, I had narrowed down the general locations, house type, and price range that fit me.

While the first house we toured wasn't what I expected from the photos, Pam was able to set up the tour the THE SAME DAY I called her. In a seller's market, that is very important. During our walk through, she picked up on what I did, and didn't, like and answered all of my "what if" questions. That house wasn't for me.

When the second house came on the market, it had a "hidden gem" feel about it. I called Pam late one evening, and she arranged a tour for the next day. During the walk through, she could tell it fit me and she gave me options on how to proceed quickly. We finished the tour around 4:30 and she had an offer emailed to me a few hours later. I signed it and it went to the seller's agent that evening. Long story short, I moved in last week and the remodel contractor Pam recommended started work yesterday.

My search was short, but Pam's responsiveness helped me get the house I wanted. I've owned many houses in my life, but Pam is BY FAR the best buyer's agent I've every worked with. Period.

First of all, she listens. She will do an assessment of your needs. When we listed our home for sale, Pam was immediately on the job. She worked hard to make sure that our home was featured with lovely pictures, descriptions, and a fair price. In fact, imagine how delighted we were that our home sold in 2 days, the buyer paid cash over and above the asking price. Pam Harrison is quick to answer any question and does not leave you waiting or wondering what to do. She is also so skilled in her profession that she guided us boldly to expect a great offer. I needed a realtor to sell our home while me and my wife were going through a divorce. After searching for top realtors in the area I decided on Pam and sent her a message on google explaining my situation. A few minutes later she called me and set up an appointment to visit with us. Pam was very knowledgeable about everything she even pointed out things about the home I hadn't even noticed. We made an offer and had a home inspection done. There were some questionable items that needed to be taken care of. The homeowner was not interested so we renegotiated and saved enough to do the work ourselves.
