We have owned our home now for almost 10 yrs. Pam was actually not our realtor when we purchased she was the sellers. Not very long after we bought our house we had a warranty issue/question, our own realtor we used would not help us so my husband called Pam and she helped us get the info we needed to correct the issue. She didn't have to do that...but she did!! She has also helped us since that time. That just shows what kind of person she truly is. Helpful, and considerate!! Pam was amazing! Show cased the house well, made sure to check on my house after each showing since another realtor left the back door open while showing to their client. Pam made a repair from damage another showing caused, and since there was a delay in closing due to buyer finance, Pam went to my house and cleaned up the house from ice melt since the power was out. Pam also noticed I was overcharged in the realtor fee after we closed and pushed that I get a refund. She went above and beyond every step. I recommend to anyone selling their home.

Went to pick up her annual 🍓 give away and she's there to greet us and she remembers us by name!! By far the best realtor we've used. While the first house we toured wasn't what I expected from the photos, Pam was able to set up the tour the THE SAME DAY I called her. In a seller's market, that is very important. During our walk through, she picked up on what I did, and didn't, like and answered all of my "what if" questions. That house wasn't for me.

When the second house came on the market, it had a "hidden gem" feel about it. I called Pam late one evening, and she arranged a tour for the next day. During the walk through, she could tell it fit me and she gave me options on how to proceed quickly. We finished the tour around 4:30 and she had an offer emailed to me a few hours later. I signed it and it went to the seller's agent that evening. Long story short, I moved in last week and the remodel contractor Pam recommended started work yesterday.

My search was short, but Pam's responsiveness helped me get the house I wanted. I've owned many houses in my life, but Pam is BY FAR the best buyer's agent I've every worked with. Period.

I needed a realtor to sell our home while me and my wife were going through a divorce. After searching for top realtors in the area I decided on Pam and sent her a message on google explaining my situation. A few minutes later she called me and set up an appointment to visit with us. Pam was very knowledgeable about everything she even pointed out things about the home I hadn't even noticed. We made an offer and had a home inspection done. There were some questionable items that needed to be taken care of. The homeowner was not interested so we renegotiated and saved enough to do the work ourselves.
