Pam was incredible. She went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were taken care of. She kept our spirits up when our offers were denied, and helped us through tough decisions like pulling out of an offer. Over the months we worked with Pam she always explained everything so that we understood our options and each process, and being new to the area she provided us with her best recommendations of who to work with on lending, inspections, etc. She was a quick and thorough communicator, it felt like she was focused solely on us. We sometimes forgot she has other clients! Throughout the process she got to know us individually, and at the very end gifted us with a baby palm tree (my wife loved every house with a palm tree). If we ever sell this house we will certainly work with Pam, and couldn’t recommend her more.

I would highly recommend using Pam as your agent if you are looking into buying a house. Her communication throughout the entire process (house hunting, submitting an offer, inspections, closing, etc.) was phenomenal and she kept me in the loop. Her response time was excellent as well which shows her dedication to helping you through the process. Not only was her communication great, but also her knowledge in the field. She gave recommendations and helped point things out that I did not see or notice. She explained what the process would look like and made sure I understood everything that was going on. I could have asked for a better agent and I am so happy that I had the pleasure of working with Pam!

We were referred to Pam by another realtor, she impressed us on the very first day of meeting with her. She was very patient in explaining the entire process, set realistic expectations and assured us she will stay on top of it. True to her words, she left no stone unturned. She was extremely helpful during the entire process. We encountered several roadblocks however, she was very patient, went above and beyond to ensure a smooth transition.
