Pam Malhotra

Pam has been a licensed Realtor in the State of Texas since 2005. She has become the Designated Broker of Trinity Territory LLC (Trinity Premier Properties and Trinity Commercial Properties) in 2008 and the Designated Broker for Parker Point Realty in Maine in 2022. Pam began investing in Real Estate in 1986 when she purchased her 1st home in Grapevine, Texas and built her 2nd home in Southlake. She has continued to personally invest in rental properties throughout her career. She has assisted many clients with home, land and commercial sales and has managed properties for both herself and a group of clients in both Texas and Maine.

Pam has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Austin College in Sherman, Texas and a Masters in Business Administration from Texas Womens’ University in Denton, Texas. Pam is a resident and property owner in Azle, Texas and Blue Hill, Maine.

Pam’s averages 10 plus sales a year in Texas and refers many more transactions to the team of Trinity Territory Agents. Pam is quickly available to her Agents and clients to provide guidance and address issues. She would not recommend the sale or purchase of a property to anyone she would not make herself. She encourages her Agents to follow up on every detail of each transaction thru closing to provide excellent service to clients.
